Our Privacy Statement explains details of our collection, use, storage and disclosure of your information.

How and why we collect and use your information?

To provide our products and services and to provide details on updates to our products and services we collect information that you provide to us, including: your chosen products and services, name, email address, billing and street addresses, payment information and telephone numbers. To communicate with you, to provide you with support and to improve our services we collect information about your use of our services, including time and duration of your usage, as well as information on your interactions with us by telephone, such as the date, time and reason for contacting us as well as the details of your email interactions with us and other feedback provided by you via our websites and social media. For security reasons and to ensure valid and appropriate use of our systems we also collect information on your devices and their interactions with our systems including device IDs or other unique identifiers; device and software characteristics (such as type version and configuration), connection information, statistics on page views, URLs and referral URLs, IP address (which may tell us your general location), browser and standard web server log information (including cookies).

How do we store your information?

We may store your information in hard copy or electronic formats. We keep this information in secure storage facilities, some of these facilities we own and operate ourselves and some are owned and operated by our service providers. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical security controls to assist in the protection of your personal information and to protect our network and systems from unauthorised access. Unfortunately, there are no measures can be taken that will provide 100% guaranteed security. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

Disclosure of Information

We disclose your information to third parties for certain purposes, as per below:

Third party service providers such as other businesses, dealers, agents or contractors ("Service Providers") to assist us with the provision of services to you. For example, we use Service Providers to assist you in the setup and configuration of your EzyClerk Systems, to assist with integration of your EzyClerk Systems to other third party systems, to process credit card transactions or other payment types, to provide you with customer service and support, to collect debts, to analyse data about usage of our services, and to conduct various surveys. To provide these services, Service Providers may have access to your personal or other information. Although, they are only authorised to use or disclose your personal information in order to provide their services. In order to

  1. satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request,
  2. enforce our terms of use, including investigations involving breach of our Terms
  3. detect, prevent, or otherwise address illegal or suspected illegal activities, including fraud, security,
  4. investigate and/or rectify technical issues, or
  5. protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of EzyClerk and its users or the public, as required or permitted by law.
In connection with any reorganisation, restructuring, merger or sale, or other transfer of business or transfer of assets, we will transfer information, including personal information, provided that the receiving party agrees to respect your personal information in a manner that is consistent with our Privacy Statement. You can access your personal information that we hold by going to the “My Account” section of the website and logging onto your account.
